We are seeking a Floating Rehabilitation Support Worker to provide exceptional services to our bespoke packages across the North of England. This is a rewarding opportunity to be apart of our clients rehabilitation journey and support our clients to achieve as much independence as possible. This exciting role will be based from our Bury office, working closely within a team helping to ensure that a continuity of care is provided to our clients.

You will need to be fully flexible as you will be working with a variety of teams to help cover holidays, sickness and emergencies with 2 guaranteed days off per week. You will be working with a range of clients, all who have Acquired Brain Injuries. The needs of our clients are varied, some require 2:1, and some 1:1 support. We will require someone who is confident working within a team and on their own. You will be given a 4-weekly base line rota and must be flexible to change.
Must have a driving licence with business insurance and access to own car.
Your main attributes will be friendly, approachable and have empathy towards your clients treating them with respect and dignity at all times. We support vulnerable people to live as independently as possible, by building their confidence and skills to realise their potential.

• Experience of working in a support role, both in the community and the home.
• Friendly, approachable and confident in the role.
• Experience and ability to understand and deal with complex and challenging behaviour.
• Flexible in approach to meet the needs of the client.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent recognised health profession qualification.
• Full driving licence with access to own car.
• Experience working with acquired brain injury
• Previously worked with therapists to deliver a support plan.
• Registered on DBS update service.
