Michelle Park – Assistant Case Manager
Michelle Park is an experienced and dedicated Assistant Case Manager at RFI, where she has been a valued team member since April 2018. With over 18 years of experience in case management, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to supporting adults and children living with acquired brain injuries.

Throughout her career, Michelle has worked closely with case managers to deliver person-centred services that enhance the quality of life and promote independence for her clients. Her role is multifaceted and involves continuous collaboration with clients and their families, treating therapists, financial deputies, litigation solicitors, rehabilitation units, care agencies, and support workers. Michelle is instrumental in ensuring that all parties are informed and coordinated to deliver seamless care and support.

Her day-to-day responsibilities are diverse and essential to the effective running of each case. These include organising and attending multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, minute-taking, coordinating support worker supervisions, visiting clients in the community, and providing IT support. She also assists with practical aspects of clients’ lives such as house moves, booking holidays, sourcing specialised equipment, and managing full disclosures for legal proceedings. Her organisational skills and attention to detail ensure smooth communication and service delivery across complex care arrangements.

Michelle is passionate about being part of a team that helps individuals reach their goals and realise their potential. She finds great reward in contributing to meaningful outcomes and supporting people through their rehabilitation journeys.

Outside of work, Michelle is an avid traveller with a love for exploring different countries and immersing herself in new cultures. Her adventures have taken her across Southeast Asia—including Thailand, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Bali, and the Philippines—as well as throughout Europe and the United States. This passion for travel reflects her open-mindedness, curiosity, and appreciation for diversity—qualities that also shine through in her professional role.
