Hi, I’m Ian! I’ve recently joined Rehab for Independence as Executive Assistant to the Director and Assistant Case Manager, starting on 25th November 2025.
I bring over 14 years of experience in administration and more than 25 years in management, leading teams of up to 63 people across retail, entertainment, and communications for major UK brands. I’m passionate about creating processes that make work simpler and more efficient, and I believe in developing talent from within—because great teams reflect great leadership.
At RFI, my role is all about supporting Mark, our Director, by taking on tasks that free up his time so he can focus on clients and key priorities. I also assist with client cases, helping to record and resource their needs.
What I love most is meeting the incredible people we work with and finding ways to make a positive difference in their lives—sometimes through the simplest changes.
Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying time with friends and family, walking our dogs, or relaxing with a good film and a glass of wine.
Fun fact: I'm a qualified Hypnotherapist and Life Coach, and I'm training to be a counsellor.
